• Nepal Rastra Bank is selling 160000 units promoter shares of Manakamana Bikas Bank and asked its promoters shareholders to apply for shares within 35 days of notice.
• The BOD meeting of Kist Bank has decided to propose 3.50% cash dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2065/66 after the approval of NRB.
