Securities Board of Nepal registered ordinary share of Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank and directed to issue 60 thousand kitta share at the face value to the general public. The issue manager for this isuance is NIDC Capital Markets Ltd.
SEBON registered right share of Nepal Life Insurance and directed to issue 7 lakh 50thousand kitta share. Bank has appointed NIDC Capital Markets as the issue maanger.
The BOD meeting of Prime Commercial Bank has decided to distribute 10 % bonus share and 0.526 % cash dividend after the approval of NRB. The meetina has also further decided to issue 1:1 right share after the distribution of bonus share to increase the paid up capital to 2.2 billion.
