The BOD meeting of Mahalaxmi Finance has proposed to distribute 24 % cash dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2065/66 after the approval of NRB.
The BOD meeting of Soaltee Hotel has also proposed to distribute 20 % bonus share and 11.5 % cash dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2065/66. Last year Company had distributed 10 % bonus share and 11.5 % cash dividend to its shareholders.
